Yes, after purchase and packaging the required tracking details will be sent to your email allowing you to track the progress of your order until package arrival.

All orders will be shipped out within 3-5 business days of purchase. A tracking number will be provided to your email once your items have been dispatched, allowing you to check the status of your delivery through the provided carrier.
Returns

Yes, we accept refunds in the form of store credit. You can contact us at info@truthtold.com.au to receive the appropriate address for return and for any other queries surrounding your purchase. If there is a substantial fault with your garment we will refund you the full amount. Please note that for item returns, we require the item to be shipped back in its original condition with both packaging intact and tags attached. Unless there is a fault with the garment, the customer is responsible for any return postage costs.

You can return your order by contacting info@truthtold.com.au. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with the return instructions and shipping details. Please ensure items are in their original condition, unworn and with all tags attached.

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your order. Returns requested after this period may not be accepted.

Yes, we offer exchanges for different sizes or colours (subject to availability). If the item you’d like to exchange is unavailable, you can return it for a refund and place a new order instead.
