All content featured on this Site and within truthtold. products—including but not limited to logos, graphics, icons, images, videos and audio materials—is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws. You agree not to copy, reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use truthtold.’s intellectual property without prior written consent.

Order Cancellations

truthtold. reserves the right to decline or cancel any order at its discretion. While we take great care to ensure all pricing and stock availability is accurate, errors may occasionally occur. If a product is incorrectly listed, we may refuse or cancel the order, and any payment received will be refunded to the original method of payment.

Customers may cancel an order only if it has not yet been shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible, and our Returns Policy will apply.

Products

Please note that product colours shown on our site may slightly differ from the physical product due to differences in screen displays and settings. While we aim for accuracy, we cannot guarantee an exact colour match.

Changes to Orders

If you notice an error in your order details—such as delivery address, billing address, or product size—please contact info@truthtold.com.au immediately. We will make every effort to correct the issue before your order is shipped. Once dispatched, truthtold. cannot take responsibility for incorrect details provided.

Sale Items

Items purchased on sale or at a discounted price are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please refer to our Returns Policy for further details.

Fraud Protection

To help protect against fraudulent transactions, truthtold. may request additional documentation after an order is placed. This may include a government-issued ID, a recent utility bill (e.g., phone, electricity, gas), and/or verification of the payment method used. Whether the documentation provided is sufficient will be determined at Truth Told’s discretion. Orders may be cancelled if verification requirements are not met.
